The emanation system allows followers to share certain legendary and set powers with you.Locust Swarm Pestilence is what allows you to get the 300% Damage buff from the Ring of Emptiness if needed for damage.It also gives another 100% Movement Speed bonus before going into Angry Chicken. Spirit Walk Severance can be used to get out of harm's way if you end up waiting on your Hex Cooldown and to get close to enemies for Soul Harvest.Piranhas Piranhado gives you a way to "pixel" enemies together if your first Chicken blast doesn't kill the pack you dove into.Summon Zombie Dogs Life Link is used for the Movement Speed buff from Fierce Loyalty as well as the Damage Reduction it provides.Soul Harvest Soul to Waste gives 3% Intelligence per enemy affected and increases Movement Speed by 5% per stack, up to 5 stacks or 10 with Soul Harvester equipped.Horrify Stalker is used with Rechel's Ring of Larceny for another 60% Movement Speed Bonus.
The range of this explosion is unfortunately small so get nice and close to what you want to blast. Hex Angry Chicken is your main source of damage.I want to play wizard, but it just very ass right now.Ring of Royal Grandeur ( A1 Bounties, Cubed) Again, I say this as someone who's almost exclusively played wizard for many years. The instant they changed FB, wizard just kinda died. Not that FB was even that amazing per se, but rather everything else was extremely mediocre, gimmicky etc. Wizards only really had one viable set previously: FB. The previous season records tell a similar story. The most played classes will naturally have the best clears early in the season. Save yourself a lot of pain and suffering, and just play something else. Like, I get Maxroll just doesn't want to tell people entire classes are just in a bad place compared to others, but thats the truth. The only reason its 'skewed' is BECAUSE wizard is just so much weaker right now. This is in part skewed by the fact that the top players are all playing monk or DH or the new barb build so there's a lot less people blasting wizard at this stage
